The 29 Healthiest foods

BellyBytes has an interesting article reviewing the 29 healthiest foods on the planet. I'm gratified to see we are already eating some of them; much more so thanks to our current South Beath infatuation.

I must say, I like fruit, but I didn't think I would reach a point at which I was desperate to have a slice of apple, a chunk of pineapple, or even a nibble of a strawberry. But I am! I really, really miss fruit!
