We just had a tasty dinner of grilled salmon with shirataki and edamame salad- which I think Abbey will be blogging about shortly. For breakfast we had asparagus with mock hollandaise, also delicious. Wires crossed in my brain and gave me a good future dinner idea: similar to the salmon dinner, but with an avgolemeno sauce- mock hollandaise with lemon- sprinkled with pine nuts, and a nice
horiatiki, country salad with creamy feta dressing, on the side. How does that sound, A?
