If slow cooking: just toss it in the crock and give it a stir. add 1/3 cup water. |
Additionally:
1/3 cup water might be needed on the stovetop too, just check the thickness periodically.
If you are cooking on the stovetop, you can thaw the burger in advance. If crocking, check in an hour or so and break it up then.
Cook on low for 4 hrs if using a slow cooker, OR cook at a low bubble for 30 mins.
