9 Science-Backed Weight Loss Tips

I love these dead simple tips from Time magazine's Health and Wellness department. Often it is so hard to get started on something because we can easily deluge ourselves with too much information. When someone provides a helpful filter paring it down to the essentials, I love to share it with people.

Some might be obvious (no soda) and perhaps a little TOO basic (make friends with moderation- how, exactly?)- still it's a nice jumping off point for someone what wants results and doesn't want to wade through a lot of advice or dive down rabbit holes. So check it out.
