Looks like spaghetti underneath that creamy pile of shrimp and zucchini, doesn't it? Aha! But it isn't! Tonight, we made a little impromptu garlic shrimp with cream added to marinara and piled it onto spaghetti squash dressed with a touch of Pecorino Romano, olive oil, and black pepper. It was AWESOME!
